In 1940, four children – Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy Pevensie – are among many children evacuated from London during World War II to escape the Blitz. They are sent to the countryside to live with an old Professor.

While the four children explore the house, Lucy climbs into a wardrobe and discovers she is in a magical forest in Narnia. Then all four children enter Narnia together and start their amazing adventure in Narnia.
